For this reason, The
Knowledge Laboratory has made it a rule that staff members be close in age to students whenever possible. This makes it easy for students and their knowledge specialists to form a genuine relationship, allowing the student to have a greater sense of ease and be more relaxed with our staff person. This allows the students to ask all the questions, be honest about their level of understanding, and develop an open mind to new material.
Our trained staff members are both highly skilled and passionate about teaching. They are positive role models that hope to not only help students improve grades, but also increase their motivation and improve their perceptions about education. Check
